AURUM COMMERCE FREE TRIAL TERMS

By installing or using Aurum Commerce (the "Software"), you agree to these terms with Leigh H. Parker, operating as Aurum Commerce ("we").

1. TRIAL. You may use the Software free for 30 days from installation to evaluate it in your business. After 30 days you must buy a licence key or stop using it. Don't try to reset, extend or bypass the trial.

2. AS IS. The Software is provided "as is", with no warranties or conditions of any kind, as far as the law allows. It may contain errors.

3. CHECK YOUR RESULTS. Keep your own backups and records. You are responsible for checking totals, taxes, receipts and reports.

4. INTERNET FEATURES. Core sales work offline. Emailed receipts, emailed reports, Google Drive backups and feedback or bug-report emails need an internet connection and send the related information through those services. Use them only if you are comfortable with that. Optional online features, if added later, will have their own terms.

5. LIABILITY. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, profits or data, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to $100 CAD.

6. OWNERSHIP. We keep all rights in the Software. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or modify it.

7. LAW. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
